5. Usage Rights

You receive a license to use final images for personal or promotional use.

We retain the rights to use them for our portfolio and marketing. If you prefer no public use, please

inform us in writing.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

- Deposits are non-refundable.

- Clients are responsible for rescheduling conflicts due to weather or force majeure.

7. Client Responsibilities

- Ensure everyone appearing in your shoot has granted permission.

- Provide a safe environment for all participants.

8. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for loss/damage beyond our control (equipment failure, lost digital files, weather

issues, etc.).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms-updates are effective when posted. Continued use after posting

means acceptance.
